General Terms and Conditions

1. Area of Application

These General Terms and Conditions for Services (GTC) apply to all services provided by: Datenpfleger (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”). The GTC are an integral part of any relationship existing between the Service Provider and the Client.

2. Regulations, Quality Standards, Ethical Behavior

The Service Provider is committed to providing high quality professional services. The Service Provider expects clients to act in a strictly ethical manner and in particular to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Scope of Services

The service provider shall provide services as agreed upon with the client.

4. Warranty and Liability

The Service Provider shall provide its services with due care and to the best of its knowledge and belief in accordance with the usual practices in its field of activity. However, the Service Provider gives no guarantee whatsoever and expressly excludes any kind of direct or indirect liability for any potential, actual or consequential damage. The Service Provider does not guarantee success to the Client.

5. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law, the services and the relationship between the customer and the service provider are subject exclusively to Swiss law with exclusive jurisdiction in Zurich.
